MODS are not necessary to acquire a mission to be completed they're only there if you need something to help you finish the mission and reward you for it.
If you Solo story a Mission please wait 12 hours between posts for it. We understand that you want to make a story but to just spam a mission with 150 Word Count posts minutes or a few hours between one another is unacceptable and you will be docked the dots for it. So please, write up a substantial mission story that earns you the reward. If the posts are each 1000+ words in length that is the only time the 12 hour wait may be avoided.CITY COLOR CODES

RAINBOW PICKIN' Location: Bosky Hamlet, The Wilds, Shui City, Deerling City Catching: Yes Members: 1-3 Rare as rare can be the forests are full of secrets including the colorful Apricorn trees. Set out to come across one of these colorful corns that can turn into special Pokeballs. Some may even carry an extra bonus in them. Good Luck! And watch out for that Pokemon! Prerequisites: Must wait 7 days between attempts. This Mission can be failed. Rewards: 10PD SB:1 of the colored Apricorns + Possible Item | YARD WORK Location: Bosky Hamlet, Tynntill Town, Flash City, Shui City, Deerling City, Bayonadaville Catching: No Members: 1-2 A simple task, but simple and easy isn’t always the same. Help the city maintain the paths in and out of the community by clearing debris and cutting back overgrowth, and ensure that the path to the city Gym remains clear as well. Keep an eye out for wild Pokemon, though, they don’t always take kindly to the plants being cut back! Prerequisites: Must wait 7 days between attempts. This Mission can be failed. Rewards: 10PD SB:None |
BEACH CLEANUP Location: Bayonadaville Catching: No Members: 1-2 Typically done by the locals, the location of Bayonadaville when combined with the strong currents tend to ensure that all sorts of debris washes up on the tropical beaches, from large masses of seaweed to trash from the northern mainland. Help keep the beach clean for a reward, but beware of Pokemon commonly washed ashore and hidden within the debris like Tentacool and Krabby. Prerequisites: Must wait 7 days between attempts. This Mission can be failed. Rewards: 10PD SB:None | WASHOUT Location: Shui City, The Wilds Catching: Yes Members: 1-2 East of Shui City lies Route 102 – despite being an established road, however, nature has not loosened her grip on the stretch of forest and grassland, and during heavy rainstorms the road is the site of frequent and heavy flash floods capable of carrying objects, people and Pokemon alike out as far as the ocean to the south east of Shui. There are numerous signs warning travelers of the danger, but the floods themselves often dislodge and carry these warnings far from their places of origin. Inspect the route, locate any missing signs and return them to their points of origin. Prerequisites: Must wait 7 days between attempts. This Mission can be failed. Rewards: 10PD SB:None |
OH, FARMER JIM! Location: Bosky Hamlet Catching: No Members: 1-4 Old and senile Farmer Jim has forgotten to lock the Tauros gate.... again. His Tauros are running rampant along the country side and we want to get them back onto Farmer Jim's ranch before an innocent passerby gets rammed. You'll need to round up ten Tauros and bring them back to the ranch successfully without a passerby being injured. Who knows... maybe they'll be a reward in it for you later. Prerequisites: Must wait 7 days between attempts. This Mission can be failed. Rewards: 15PD SB:None | IN MY DAY AND AGE... Location: Iceburgh, Bosky Hamlet, Tynntill Town , Flash City, Wizen CityCatching: No Members: 1-2 Originally designed as shortcuts for civilians to bypass top ground routes used by Pokemon and trainers, the Nue Underground was shut down years ago due to illegal battles taking place within them atop petty crimes and vandalism – nowadays, the above ground entrances are little more than boarded up buildings locked and covered with graffiti. Despite the public closure, however, plenty of trainers still find their way inside, and local law enforcement can’t keep up with them – go in, and clear them out of trainers one way or another for a reward. Rewards: 15PD SB:None Notes: Either negotiate with the NPC's (1 to 3 trainers) present or be forced to defeat them to drive them out of the Underground. |
HEROES WANTED Location: Wizen to Iceburgh Catching: No Members: 1-4 Recently, supply caravans have reported being attacked by bandits in the deeper regions of the Desert. With local police forces being dedicated to protecting the developing towns and cities, the desert is turning into a badlands and a haven for outlaws. Until the roads and train lines are complete, and a national police force is established, I'm issuing an ongoing mission to run with the caravans and keep their cargo safe from attackers. Caravans travel between two different locations; Wizen to Iceburgh. Wizen can't progress with these outlaws running rampant. Rewards: 5PD per bandit defeated, max 30PD SB:None Notes: While it's ultimately up to the mods what counts, as a rule of thumb, to count towards the reward a bandit should have at least two Pokemon or one third evolution. A caravan will normally consist of two to four pickup trucks, each with a driver and a passenger, and a number of workers driving ATVs. The path the caravan rides can be either raw desert or road, choice of the participants. The characters can also drive an ATV if justified (e.g. isn't too young to drive), or opt to ride their own Pokemon or in the bed of a truck. The caravan can be done differently if the current setup is not favored. |

[PTab=MEGA MISSIONS]
THE PATH TO ENLIGHTENMENT Location: Temple of Insight - Iceburgh Members: 1-2 The Temple of Insight in Iceburgh is well known throughout the region as an ancient place. A center of introspection and training, the region’s rumored first Mega Evolution occurred near it and was formed by the very same trainer. Go to the Temple and learn it’s history and earn the right to knowledge. Opponents: 2 NPCs with fully evolved Pokémon, 4 moves each. Rewards: Knowledge on How to Perform Mega Evolution | ROCK POLISH Location: Bosky Members: 1-3 Description: The Stone Emporium in the Bosky Hamlet is in need of some part time help. They need someone to help carry in a new crate of elemental stones and add them to the display of the store, as well as serve as a clerk for the afternoon. Some of the stones might seem a tad odd, but you won't be able to ask the owner about them until the work day ends. If you do a good job, maybe he'll tell you. Opponents: None Rewards: Knowledge on How to Identify Which Stone Mega Evolves Which Pokemon |
LUCKY 13 Location: Tynntill Members: 1-4 Route 13 is commonly known as the Mega Stone Ruins, and for a good reason. The place is devoid of hospitality aside from Pokemon capable of surviving in harsh conditions. The nearby railway, however, still needs to provide safe passage for the inhabitants of Nue. Tynntill’s Crystal Palace has put out an ad, recruiting a few people to go into the forest between Ruins and Wilds and try to clear out some of the more aggressive wild Pokemon. The foreman wishes to see you afterwards. Opponents: Rewards: Knowledge of What Mega Evolution Is | BATTLE POWER Location: Flash City Members: 1 The Battle Institute in Flash City has been booming lately. A mysterious Trainer has an interesting Pokémon that Trainers are dying to see. However, to get to the Trainer, challengers need to battle 2 other Trainers before being able to speak with them about his Pokémon. Opponents: 3 NPCs, one with Charizard, one with Blastoise, one with Venusaur. Third has knowledge on Mega Stones. Rewards: Knowledge of How to Perform Mega Evolution |
Dance of the Dragons Location: Shui CityMembers: 1+ Outside of Shui, obscured in the morning fog and cloudy days, lies the Ki-Ren Clan Dojo. An important center of history and significance, the Ki-Rin Clan maintains the dojo as a school for the mind, the body, and the soul. Historical texts cite that the infamous warrior dancers that graduated from the school went on to become the very dancers for the old rulers of the land, and their art was such that dancer and Pokemon entered another level of connections. The Dojo still teaches the most fundamental of these dances, the Dance of the Dragons, which has been considered a high benchmark in the life of any performer. The rigors of such a dance test the very limits of your mind, your body, and your connection with your Pokemon partner, and it is only those who are the most capable that can be considered worthy of learning such a thing. Skilled coordinators and dancers alike travel to this place for a rigorous month-long course, before putting their new skills to the test in a public performance. The mission itself will involve timeskips, and cover the three main lessons. The Blind Step, in which the fundamentals of the dance is learned by trainer and Pokemon, as well as the art of dancing with a war fan, the art of meditation, and the manners of a performer. The next portion of the mission will cover the Singing Step, in which participants are expected to have memorized the song, and must dance with their Pokemon without musical accompaniment. The final lesson is The Full Step, in which the trainer and Pokemon must attack and take down a certain number of dummy targets while performing. At the end of their tutelage, students are expected and invited to a small public performance held in the dojo. Those that have proven their mastery over the Dance of the Dragon will be rewarded with the final step of the dance, The Evolving Step, in which the mental and physical preparations from the dance are put to the test of the bond built between trainer and Pokemon to prepare them for Mega Evolution, considered the most beautiful end to any dance. Opponents: The Instructor, who acts as your sensei and then as your performance judge. Consider this to be a Contest for all intents and purposes of judging. Rewards: Full Mega Knowledge. Notes The dance is an extended variant on this, with the addition of war fans and an emphasis on form and poise. Those taking this post should understand that there will be a desired level of posting quality on par with contest performances. Moderators handling this mission will be in charge of handling the instructor, the setting, and the time skips. The training between the major lessons can be roleplayed as desired, but the only necessity is to do the three lessons and the final performance. The mod is in charge of setting the scenes and the time skips after the lessons. | The Golden Egg Location: Bosky HamletMembers: 1 The Golden Egg Society has recently recruited a new member that has revealed she has a secret method to pushing some Pokemon past the currently known limitations of Evolution. She is willing to share this secret method, but only to those that prove themselves worthy. Any who wish to learn this secret method must approach her with an egg she deems fit for breaking the Evolution limitations. Once she has given her approval, the person that wishes to learn her method must prove themself by raising the egg. Once the Pokemon has fully evolved, she will expect a demonstration of the Pokemon's power before deciding whether or not she will reveal her method. Opponents: The New G.E.S. Recruit Rewards: Full Mega Knowledge. Notes Raise a Pokemon from a line that is capable of Mega Evolving from the egg to it's final evolutionary stage with a complete move set and present the final result for evaluation. Evaluation will be a simple one-on-one battle, however, you do not have to win. This is to prove you and the Pokemon have truly grown close together and therefore have a very close bond. This mission requires at least 3 posts of interaction with the Pokemon you chose, one post for each stage of the Pokemon's evolutionary tree. Pokemon with only two stages of evolution will still needed to meet the minimum 3 posts of interaction required. (Posting the witnessing of the egg hatching, for example, could fill in the 3rd slot) Pokemon with only one stage will just need three different stories of interactions with the Pokemon. These posts should be a one shot story of either training together, spending time together, just evidence that the Pokemon and trainer have indeed bonded. |
